Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Sun City Concrete Works, located at 12205 N Balboa Dr, Sun City, AZ 85351, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete contractor services in Sun City, AZ and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

Sun City Concrete Works provides residential and commercial concrete services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, sidewalks, commercial services, retaining walls, concrete leveling, steps, pool decks, and garage floor coatings.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially assessed or if the scope of work changes.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period. Payment terms will be specified in your individual contract or proposal.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, site conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule. You acknowledge that weather-related delays and other unforeseen circumstances may extend project completion times.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the work site, including removing vehicles, furniture, or other obstacles. You must also ensure that any required permits are obtained, though we can assist with this process.

You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles on your property. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or systems.

Warranty and Limitations

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your individual contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, settling of structures, natural disasters, or alterations made by others.

Some minor cracking is normal in concrete work due to natural settling and temperature changes. Such minor cracking is not considered a defect unless it affects the structural integrity or function of the work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun City Concrete Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
